Austin came to my property to check out an area that I thought might be problematic. He was extremely competent and honest—a quality that is so rare in contractors nowadays. He took his time, told me that there was no issue, and provided me with helpful information so that I could identify drainage issues in the future, should any occur. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Austin and his company. Even though I ended up not needing their services, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for yard-related projects in the future.

Overstreet and Body grading did a great job grading for us and Austin was very communicative and great to work with! The weather did not like us the times they were there but they kept coming back and communicating when and what they needed to do and helped us save some money at the same time!
